What is SigzenBI?
SigzenBI turns the ERPNext site you already run into a live business-intelligence workspace. You install a small open-source app on your own site, sign up from that site, and within minutes you have nine ready dashboards filled with your own data. Then you ask questions in plain English — "top 10 customers by sales this year" — and get charts back.
How it works
- Your data stays in your ERPNext. Nothing connects into your site and your database is never exposed to the internet. Your site answers read-only queries over an outbound, encrypted connection, and the figures needed for your charts are rendered by the SigzenBI service. Details: Security & your data.
- Answers come from a curated metric catalog. Every plain-English question is matched to verified business-metric definitions checked against real ERPNext data — over 150 of them, across Selling, Buying, Stock, Finance and more. When your question falls outside the catalog, SigzenBI says "I can't answer that accurately" instead of guessing.
- Seats by role. Analysts build, Viewers see what you share, and a SigzenAI licence adds plain-English question-answering for the people who need it.
